All domestic shipping arrives at local pick-up stores, within 14 business days. ( The count starts the next business day after the order is confirmed ).

In the case of delivery to a pickup point, if the customer does not collect the package within the required time and it is returned to us, the customer will have two options: to collect it independently from our studio or to pay for shipping again.

We only offer a swap policy. No refunds and swaps based on current inventory availble.

To exchange an item, please visit our studio in Herzliya in person. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services via shipping.
